what are the requirements to work with pure comm & co.?

We love to help level up your business and brands but unfortunately we cannot work with everyone one-on-one. To work with Pure Comm & Co. our ideal client has these characteristics:

  • Operates a legal business entity (LLC, S-Corp, Corp, Partnership)

  • Has owned a business for a minimum of 1-3 years with industry experience spanning 3-5+ years

  • Industry occupation: Service-based business owners, beauty/influencer industry, product-based business owners, faith-based business owners, fashion industry, skincare industry, community-focused industry.

what does the client intake/onboarding process look like?

  • Schedule a consultation call (30 Mins)

  • Proposal sent to you to review with recommended strategy and timeline

  • Contract signing of both parties

  • Invoice submitted and paid before work begins

do you offer a refund policy?

No, while we don’t offer refunds - we do work hard to ensure you don’t have a reason to request one. If you are unsatisfied in any way, our team will work with you directly on alternatives to satisfy your needs.

do you offer only packages or a la carte services?

We recommend full service packages dedicated to meet your needs and fit your goals. A La Carte services are considered project-based and we can recommend best strategies on the client consultation call.

can I bundle service packages together?

Yes! You can bundle one or more service packages together in deciding what makes the most sense for your overall goal.

what payment methods do you accept?

  • All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)

what happens after our contract ends?

Once we conclude our contract, you have the option to extend the contract or close it. Upon closing the contract, we’ll do a wrap-up/review call which includes final metric reporting, recommendations on strategy implementation and best practices. We’ll remove any/all confidential information and send over a recap review document for you to have handy.

if I conclude my contract but want to work with you later, is that possible?

Absolutely! Please note pricing may have changed and a new intake client consultation will be required.

how soon will I see results?

Depending on the service you choose, we always recommend when it comes to organic social media it can take a minimum of 90-120 days to see results on a consistent basis. Social media is ever-changing so what works today may not work tomorrow, that’s why consistency, adaptability and strategy will always be our commitment to you. Other services such as website or content development may yield quicker results.
