Tools and Resources You Need to Run Your Social Media Pages

Hello friends,

As we know, 2020 has been a very, very weird year, and many of you haven’t felt fully engaged, motivated or even interested in posting on social media - we get that. So, now that the year is winding down, now’s the time to take stock of what tools and resources you have at your hands and what tools you need to keep your social media game top notch — even when you don’t feel like posting.

Social Media Scheduling Tools

How many times have you heard that? Most social media account managers are automating their posts and scheduling content out. Here’s a few scheduling apps we love:

  1. Later

  2. Hootsuite

  3. Buffer

  4. SproutSocial

Now, finding the right scheduling tool is depending on what you’re looking for in the app. The user interface, how it collects data, the capability of scheduling video and other things — all should be kept in mind.

Design Tools

Now, by no means is anyone on the Pure Comm & Co. team a designer. With that said, we love using templated designs to help keep things going at a beginner level. If you’re a one-stop shop or unable to hire a designer, these tools are great for anyone starting out.

  1. Canva

  2. Adobe Spark

  3. Wordswag (found in Apple or Google Play store)

Admin Tools

One thing 2020 has taught us is the importance of implementing systems into our business. Whether you want to believe it or not, the level of stress most entrepreneuers face is related to not having systems in place. Spend some time learning what systems you need to have in place and do some research on how these tools can best help.

  1. Asana

  2. Google Drive

Let us know if you use any of these tools or resources and if you have other ones we should keep in mind!
